Well by found I mean this sad derelict piece of American history has been sitting in a lot in Buckeye Lake for at least a year. Why do people just let these land yachts rot? It is sad to see a car in bad shape when you think of all the joy it could give someone. Also tail fins!

Wohohoa. If I had the space, I'd take that on for a restro project. Beautiful.

Really she looks half way decent. The interior would need to be totally redone though.

Happens to be my forte. As long as there are enough Polaras in the world, I'd go bonkers.

And it's a two door. 10/10 would restore.

My favorite feature is the unique tail fins. Totally different than anything else made at the time.

Never totally understood why two doors are more coveted, but yes it certainly ups the value significantly.

Because it is "sportier" and looks better. If you drive a genaric 4 door vintage car the perception is you couldn't afford the 2-door or you want to haul around your kids. Unless it's a wagon, because no matter how many doors one has old wood paneled and chrome laden wagons are cool.
